our online shopping cart can submit their order via fax,

Cart35
automatically calculates shipping charges based on 10%
of the total amount of your purchase (i.e. $40.00
purchase is charged a $4.00 shipping charge), and keeps
prices on our great products as low as possible.
Probably the lowest in the industry for such high
quality ink products.
Orders are
shipped immediately via UPS Ground or USPS.
Shipping costs are kept to a minimum due to a majority
of our customers being businesses, but shipping to
residential addresses is also inexpensive, yet, carries
a $1.50 surcharge. Customers have the option of
choosing to have their orders shipped via Express mail
(overnight delivery), and should request such via
email,
as your orders will normally be shipped UPS Ground or
standard USPS, Hawaii will be shipped Priority Mail.
Orders
shipped via Priority Mail usually take 2-4 days to get
to you depending on when you placed your order.
Orders shipped via United States Postal Service Express
Mail are delivered the next day.

Agreement - By completing the order process
online at www.lowpricewireless.com,
Client (buyer) authorizes all charges for
products purchased or services and associated fees to be charged to his/her credit card(s).,
and understands that the charge will be processed
under the name "The Lake Shore Group, Inc.,
the parent company of LowPriceWireless.com. If for any reason credit card payment is denied, withdrawn, or declined, the client agrees to pay all fees from invoice. Client agrees to pay any and all collection fees.

Credit Card Verification - You might be
asked to fill out a credit card
consent form. This process is for your
protection. You can fax or mail this
form. If you elect to mail it, your order
will be delayed for several days, to allow time
for us to receive your form.

For immediate processing of your order, please pay
by Money Order or Cashier's Check. Personal
checks will cause a slight delay in shipping, and
product may not be shipped for up to 2-4
weeks.

If you're a well established business (in business
for at least 2 years), we'd be pleased to consider
opening an account for you. To establish credit with LowPriceWireless.com
an account must be set up. To begin this
process, please fax (1(702)456-6399) complete
credit information, including company name, principle
name (and principle social security number), address, phone, fax, email
address, bank information, 6 credit references,
d&b #, and other information applicable to
getting your application approved quickly.
If your company is a corporation, please indicate
so, and include your Federal Taxpayer I.D. in
addition to the principle social security
number. Please be sure to list mailing
address, shipping address, and any other pertinent
information to help expedite your credit
application.

reserves the right to refuse service without
explanation. In the event your order cannot
be processed, it may be due to a declined credit
card, an account in arrears, or other
reasons. To discuss any order LPW cannot
process, contact our sales department via email.
- Disputed
Charge: In the event a customer disputes a
charge, after having placed a secure order online,
the customer is responsible for the charge until
such time that the product has been returned to
LOWPRICEWIRELESS.com, per the terms and conditions
herein. If a charge continues to be
disputed, yet, has been completely verified and
product has been delivered, LOWPRICEWIRELESS.com
will take legal action and may recover substantial
damages, plus all legal fees, court costs and
other fees will be the responsibility of the
customer. We highly suggest that you do not
place an order unless intend to pay for the
merchandise you've purchased.
- Cancel
Order: If you placed an order in error and
wish to cancel your order BEFORE your credit card
is charged, or product is shipped, please alert us
immediately by email.
Include your ORDER NUMBER and NAME. We will
cancel your order immediately. You must
cancel within 60 minutes of placing your order,
otherwise, your order will be processed, and you
will have to comply with our return policy and
await credit for merchandise purchased.
Antenna Boosters -
Antenna Boosters are currently being shipped with a
promotion of FREE shipping & handling (promotion
may end at any time without notice). Please
allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your Antenna
Booster. Unfortunately, electronic items are not
refundable due to the nature of the product.
LOWPRICEWIRELESS.com does not warranty these items,
nor do we make any claims relating to the amount of
gain you may or may not receive in signal by using an
Antenna Booster.
Return Policy:
Antenna Boosters may be returned unopened for a full
refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. If you
ordered an antenna booster and did not receive it, an
investigation must be started with the United States
Postal Service, or other carriers used for the
shipping of your product. If the product is not
recovered, a signed affidavit will have to be received
from you, claiming that you did not receive the
item. Once received, LOWPRICEWIRELESS.com has
the right to replace the lost item, or refund your
purchase, at our discretion. We know there
can be delays and legitimate instances where product
can be lost in the mail, but 99.99% of the time, a
customer who claims that they never received product
is making an attempt to commit fraud against us, and
this action will not be tolerated. We will turn
this over to the authorities and action will commence.
